Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to the website jelani.ci and the use of its presentation, service relaunch registration, contact and journey suggestion features. They do not constitute terms of sale or transport.

Article 2 — Publisher

The Website is published by JELANI TECHNOLOGIES, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with share capital of €1,500, registered with the Pontoise Trade and Companies Register under number 107 539 611, with its registered office at 11 Place d'Alembert, 95100 Argenteuil, France. Article 3 — Access to the Website

The Website can be accessed free of charge, excluding internet connection costs. JELANI performs maintenance and security operations, which may result in interruptions for maintenance, incidents or updates. No account is required to browse the Website's informational features.

Article 4 — Services and routes

The Website presents JELANI Express and the corridors planned for relaunch, as well as other routes under consideration. Publishing a proposed route does not constitute a binding offer, a guarantee of launch or a commitment to any date, timetable, fare or frequency. Tickets cannot be purchased and transport bookings cannot be made through this Website.

Article 5 — Relaunch updates registration

Users may voluntarily sign up to receive service relaunch information through the embedded Tally form. Registration does not grant priority, constitute a booking or confer any right to a seat. Consent to receive communications may be withdrawn at any time by contacting JELANI.

Article 6 — Journey suggestions

Users may submit travel needs, including geographic areas and preferred travel times. A suggestion contributes to demand research; it is not an order, a booking or a commitment to establish a route. JELANI reviews and groups submissions to conduct research and prioritise potential deployments.

Article 7 — Contact and partnerships

The Contact and Partnerships forms prepare an email in the user's own email application. Users must themselves confirm sending the email ; preparing a message on the Website does not send it. Any contractual relationship or partnership is subject to further discussions and, where required, a separate agreement.

Article 8 — User conduct

Users agree to provide truthful information and not to impersonate third parties, transmit unlawful content, bypass security measures, abuse forms or disrupt systems. Users are advised not to enter sensitive or excessive information in free-text fields.

Article 9 — Intellectual property

Content, trademarks, graphics, software and other protected elements remain the property of JELANI or their respective rights holders. Their use is governed by the Legal Notice and, for third-party components, by the applicable licences.

Article 10 — External providers

The Website uses Cloudflare for hosting, CDN, DNS services and Turnstile protection; Netim for domain registration; Tally for registrations; Geoapify and Leaflet for mapping; and Supabase to process journey suggestions. Using these features involves the technical data exchanges described in the Privacy and Cookie Policies.

Article 11 — Data and cookies

Personal data processing arrangements are detailed in the Privacy Policy. The Cookie Policy explains the choices available regarding external services and tracking technologies.

Article 12 — Liability

JELANI endeavours to provide reliable information and secure access. Mobility projects are subject to change. Nothing in these Terms of Use limits any right or liability whose exclusion is prohibited under applicable mandatory law.

Article 13 — Amendments and applicable law

JELANI updates the Website and these Terms of Use as its activities evolve. These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to applicable mandatory provisions, including relevant Ivorian law and consumer protections. The parties will seek an amicable resolution of disputes in the first instance.
